Mira started her show career at the tender age of 3 and half and in less than 7 months of showing and not being able to attend every show due to other commitments Mira have achieved :

We were very fortunate to have exceptional judges from over 20 countries , who were Breed Specialists, Working Breeds Specialists , All Rounders and Best in Show Judges
Thank you to all of them for thinking so highly of Mira. We are so very proud of this girl and what she have achieved ,she never once stood alone in the ring. Big Thank you again to Linda & Franky for allowing this gorgeous girl to come to us. Mira is not only an exceptional show dog but also a joy to live with and a much loved Family member
Mira has also qualified for the Best of the Best Supermatch in Ireland and Saint Bernard Dog of the Year in the UK but unfortunately both are on the same day so we will decide at a later date which one we can attend.
We must also say Big Congratulations to Linda & Franky Van’t Hof Ten Eynder Kennels Belgium for being Top Breeders in Ireland for the Long Haired Saints . A fantastic achievement considering that only one dog from their kennel is being shown here at the momentÂ

Tonight there will be a bright new star in the sky 
This evening our sweet old teddy Bear Vi-To passed away in his sleep  He was sleeping in his favourite spot on his bed with his head resting on his paws  Vi-To was such a special boy who loved everyone he met and just loved his big bear hugs and of course was a complete rogue that knew how to get his way. Even at 11 years old , life was still one big adventure . He never looked or acted his age , still a pup at heart and just one grey hair on his face. Vi-To was a Norwegian Champion and was shown here were he won numerous Green Stars but he preferred to be at home in his favourite spot and that’s were he stayed. Our big sweet Old boy Vi-To ManÂ

We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to all those who supported us in our time of grief after the sad passing of my Father John English at our home on Friday 17th June R.I.P . For the people who travelled to the funeral home, sent flowers, prayers, messages, cards, and for attendance at the mass. For the Doctors and nurses who took great care of Dad and to all the branches of the Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel (Óglaigh Náisiúnta Na hÉireann) for the Guard of honour, the Flag Folding Ceremony and to the Buglar who played The Last Post & Reveille at the graveside.

At 5 o clock today our little girl Porsche died in her sleep at 12 years Old.
Porsche was the little girl that we rescued and we had the pleasure and privilage of having her in our lives. No matter what we were eating she had to have some too, If we were watching tv , she would always have to watch it too. At night she slept beside us and never failed to wake me up at 3 in the morning for a hug. Porsche was a joy to own and never failed to make us smile.
We are just completely heartbroken
 Sleep well my dear old Friend , we will always love youÂ

NEW TITLES & ACHIEVEMENTS FOR 2015
As we end 2015 we had a lovely show year
we have added more titles and wins with the dogs
Anubus had a super year and won over 27 Green Stars and Best of Breeds on offer. He also added 4 new titles to his name this year , Celtic Winner 2015, International Champion, Dutch Champion and Annual Champion 2015 for most winning Saint Bernard for the second year running. Anubus also won another Group 2 and a Group 3.
Atlantis was shown very lightly and won numerous Green Star this year
Izzy won 3 Green Stars from Puppy and Junior Class and gained a new title of Junior Champion.
Odessa the new baby of our family and our show team joined us in December and won Best of Breed Minor Puppy in Amsterdam and a Best of Breed Baby, Best in Group 2 Baby Puppy and a Best in Show 3 Baby Puppy in Ireland.
Kennel Santomard ends the year as being Top Breeders in Saint Bernard’s again for the second year in a row,  also  2nd Group 2 for Top Breeders . Not a bad result as we shown just 2 dogs from our own breeding this year.
We would also like to congratulate the owners ,exhibitors and breeders showing Saints bred from Santomard Saints who have added numerous titles to their names in Europe and wish them even more success in the future.

NEW CHAMPION TITLE
Not long home from a very cold weekend of showing at the 2 International shows. We just had Anubus with us and very happy to say that our main man won the CACIB’s on both days. Today was Anubus’s 8th CACIB ( 6 won in Ireland and 2 won in Amsterdam) and in accordance with the 1 year and 1 day rule Anubus is now INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION ! So when it is confirmed by the FCI he will be known as International Champion, Irish Champion Santomard Anubus Irish Junior Champion, Annual Champion 2014, Amsterdam Winner 2014, Celtic Winner 2015 . We are so very proud of our lovely homebred boy

We end 2014 as Top Breeders in Saint Bernards for 2014 with only 3 dogs in the ring , 1 of which was shown very lightly this yearÂ
Our homebred boy  Anubus – IR CH Santomard Anubus IR JNR CH,   has a fantastic year in the show ring by not only winning Group 2 and being the first short Haired Saint in Ireland to do this but also winning both days in Amsterdam and gaining the Amsterdam Winners 2014 Title to his name and 3 CAC’S and 4 CACIB’S and also his 30th Green Star and Best of Breed this year. Anubus added a new title to his name of Annual Champion 2014 for the most winning Saint Bernard in Ireland .Â
Our Homebred Girl Atlantis – IR CH Santomard Atlantis  also had a fantastic year and gained her Championship title in style by gaining her 7th Green Star and Best of Breed on the Irish Circuit and winning 2 x RCAC & 2 X RCACIB in Amsterdam.Â
Our Homebred Boy Alejandro – IR CH Santomard Alejandro although shown very lightly this year added more Green Stars and Best of Breeds to his list of winnings. Many Thanks to all the Judges who thought so highly of our dogs and for recognising their amazing qualities .

Another Fantastic  day out at Dublin All Breed Championship Show which was the Last show for 2014.Â
Atlantis – IR CH Santomard Atlantis wins Green Star Female and Best of Breed and her Brother Anubus – IR CH Santomard Anubus IR JNR CH , Amsterdam Winner 2014 wins his 30th Green Star and Res Best of Breed. Our new Little Member to our Show team Parleshan Izzy aka Baby Izzy showed like a little Pro today and at only 4 months old at her first show wins Best of Breed Baby Puppy and goes on to win 4th Best In Show Baby PuppyÂ

We arrived home in the early hours from a fantastic trip to Amsterdam with Anubus and Atlantis. After such a long journey and their first trip to Europe they both showed like a dream.

This was her 7th Green Star win which gives her the crowning Title of Irish Champion. Our Judge today was the very well known and very well respected judge Ms. Marieclaire Walsh. We wish to thank our judge for thinking so highly of Atlantis and for the lovely compliments about her and for the lovely medal which she presented to each winner. Today at Irish Ladies All Breed Championship Show Judge : Mr. R GreggÂ
IR CH Santomard Anubus IR JNR CH wins Green Star Dog and Best of Breed and His sister Santomard Atlantis wins her 6th Green Star and Res Best of Breed leaving her needing just 1 more for her title. IR CH Santomard Anubus IR JNR CH then went on to Win the Group under well known and very well respected working specialist Judge Mr. John Kehoe. Anubus is the first ever Short Haired Saint to ever win the group in Ireland ! The last time a Short Haired Saint was placed in the group was Anubus’s father who was also owned and shown by us.  To say that we are delighted would be an under statement !  Massive Thank you to our Judges Mr. R Gregg and Mr. John Kehoe for thinking so highly of our home bred Saints and for the lovely comments and compliments about our dogs and also to all our friends for all the cheers from the ring side and all the phone calls Â

On the 6th & 7 th of October our kennel was invited to represent the Saint Bernard Breed at this years Pet Expo , we had a fantastic weekend and our Saints got to meet some very nice people and got lots of hugs and kisses from everyone they met . To Finish off the weekend we also won a 200 Euro voucher to get a Painting done with  MODEL DOGZ,  Big Thank you to Peter Banks of Pedigree Dogs for inviting us to represent The Saint Bernards , we are already looking forward to next year.Â
